Эволюция концепций персонализации библиотечно-информационного обслуживания в зарубежных исследованиях

В условиях цифровой трансформации и роста пользовательских ожиданий, сформированных коммерческими онлайн-сервисами, персонализация библиотечно- информационного обслуживания (БИО) становится одним из ключевых факторов актуальности и востребованности услуг библиотеки. Целью статьи является систематизация и анализ зарубежного опыта внедрения персонализации в БИО на основе обзора научных публикаций. Прослеживается эволюция концептуальных подходов: от пользовательской настройки интерфейсов и ранних форм избирательного распространения информации (ИРИ) до современных проактивных моделей, основанных на искусственном интеллекте (ИИ) и человеко- ориентированной парадигме «Библиотека 5.0». Предложена авторская периодизация концепций персонализации БИО. Систематизирован технологический инструментарий персонализации, включая дискавери-системы, ИИ-алгоритмы и мобильные технологии. Проанализированы ключевые барьеры: технологические, организационно- кадровые и финансовые, а также этические вызовы, связанные с конфиденциальностью пользовательских данных и алгоритмической предвзятостью. Сделан вывод, что успешная персонализация представляет собой комплексную стратегическую трансформацию, преобразующую не только набор услуг, но и роль библиотекаря в цифровой среде.
