A. V. Sokolov’s Contribution into the Development of Library and Information Researches of the Chelyabinsk State Institute of Culture

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to show possible areas of interaction be-tween scientists from different organizations that promote the development of the regional scientific space, lead to the generation of unique scientific ideas, and formation of the generation of active employees. The representative of the Saint- Petersburg State Institute of Culture, Arkady Vasilyevich Sokolov, the most prominent and authoritative scientist in the system of sciences of the document-communication cycle, for many years cooperated with specialists from the Chelyabinsk State Institute of Culture. The study of principles and areas of cooperation with various institutions, influence on specialists in the information sphere, his scientific heritage permits to state the pattern of com-municative practice for transmitting the experience of work.
It is shown, how great could be the role of the invited specialist in the fortune of the higher educational establishment and its employees in forming the regional information space and the possibilities of scientific communication are emphasized. On the basis of the results of such joint work the variants of decisions for inviting leading scientists into educational institutions, organiza-tion of their activities and involving local specialists into research projects of the invited specialist are suggested.
